From Medallo to the world — this is the Colombian Music Revolution.

The purpose of this agreement is to officially confirm and secure the participation of Alexander López as the lead presenter for the upcoming Zumba® Fitness Master Class.

Host Information:

I. MASTERCLASS DETAILS

• The Host is in charge of the event expenses, stage expenses, sound, publicity and all the expenses that can be generated to carry out the event.

• Alexander López will present a 60 Min (1H) Zumba® Fitness Masterclass.

• The fee for the Zumba® Fitness Masterclass is 750€ (1H)

• Workshop (30€ p/p) I Workshop registrations must be made through the www.event-us.com

• The host agrees to cover all accommodation, travel expenses, and daily meal allowances (per diem) for Alexander López for the duration of the event.

 II. PAYMENT SCHEDULE / TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS:

• The host will pay 50% of the amount as reservation of the date and 50% the day of the event (before starting the masterclass).

• The accommodation must be a hotel (minimum 4 stars) with a single room.

• If the event requires additional days beyond the originally agreed date, an extra fee of €100 per day will be charged to the host.

III. CANCELATION

• If host cancels the masterclass for any reason, Alexander López will continue to charge €500 as management expenses, reservation of the date and the possibility of not holding other events on the same date for having reserved this date especially for the host/organization.

• If ZUMBA®HOME OFFICE , contact Alexander López to work for a new project on the same date of the event, the event must be postponed to another date.

IV. ADVERTISEMENT

• Host declares to use only marketing material aprovided by presenter or marketing material that is aprovided by Zumba® Fitness.

• Host is responsible to inform themselves about the legal steps to be made to promote and host this masterclass

• Host has to get all marketing material approved by Presenter before making it public.

• Presenter will provide host pictures to use for their marketing material.
