General Terms and Conditions – Eventus Europe Fitness Camps

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for fitness camps organized by Eventus Europe.
By registering, the participant fully accepts these terms without the possibility of individual modification.

2. Registration and Payments

• Booking a spot is binding and final once full payment is received.

• All payments are immediate and non-refundable, without exceptions.

• Registration is only confirmed once the total amount of the selected package has been paid.

• Partial payments are not accepted unless explicitly authorized in writing by Eventus Europe.

3. Cancellations

• No cancellations are accepted once the registration has been completed.

• If a participant cannot attend the camp for any reason, no refund will be issued.

• Eventus Europe highly recommends purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations due to illness, force majeure, or personal unforeseen circumstances.

4. Eventus Europe as an Intermediary

Eventus Europe acts as an intermediary between the participant and the host hotel of the camp.
We manage and coordinate the accommodation reservation and included services on behalf of the participant.
However, Eventus Europe is not responsible for the hotel’s services, internal policies, conditions, or any third-party operations.
By booking through Eventus Europe, the participant also agrees to the host hotel's terms and conditions, which are outside of Eventus Europe’s direct control.

5. Program Modifications

Eventus Europe reserves the right to modify or restructure the camp program both before and during the event due to logistical needs, weather conditions, availability, or to enhance the overall experience.
Such modifications do not constitute grounds for cancellation and do not entitle the participant to any partial or full refund.

6. Conduct and Behavior

• All participants are expected to behave in a respectful, collaborative, and professional manner throughout the entire camp experience.

• In cases of inappropriate, offensive, dangerous, or disruptive behavior, Eventus Europe reserves the right to immediately expel the participant from the event with no right to a refund.

• Additionally, a 30% charge of the total package amount will be applied as a management fee related to the disruption caused.

7. Image Rights

• By participating in any Eventus Europe camp, the participant automatically grants the right to use their image (photos and videos) for promotional purposes on social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and other media related to Eventus Europe.

• If the participant does not wish to appear in any content, they must officially inform us before the event by sending a signed letter to:

  Without this formal and prior written notice, full consent is assumed.

8. Personal Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that their physical and health condition is suitable for taking part in all fitness activities, workouts, and excursions during the camp.
Eventus Europe is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from physical strain or failure to follow instructions provided by the trainers or organizers.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration will be used exclusively for the organization and management of the camp.
Data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s express consent and will be handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
